what have you learnt from your audience feedback?

To gain my audience feedback on the products the i had made for my artist Amelia-Lee, (digipack , webpage and music video) i used a website called www.surveymonkey.com, this website allow me to ask questions of my audience about what they thought of each of my products, specifics and also comparisons between my products and if i stuck to conventions. This website was better for me to use than it would have been for me to have man paper questionnaires because i am able to put the link for my questionnaires to be taken on social networks such as facebook and also send in an email to try to get more people who i couldn't usually get a paper questionnaire to very easily, to be able to take my questionnaires. Also this was better for me to use because when I get results back the results are analysed by the website for you rather than having to count them up yourself, like you would have to with a paper copy.
As you can see from the images below of the questions i asked on my survey and also the answers that were given and who by. Unfortunately i only received 2 responses from my survey so the data is not from a very large part of my audience so my results can not be 100% accurate. However from the images you can see that 1 male and 1 female answered my questionnaire and they were both from the age range 17-21.
Both of the people who answered my survey gave the same kind of feedback for each of the questions, this feedback confirmed that we have done what we intended to do for each of our products and therefore the audience got what they expected for the genre and style of the artists' products and that our artist was portrayed in the way we wanted her to be which was as a singer/songwriter, down to earth and feminine.
Also i was told that my work was professional which is key in the industry to be successful and to make the audience want to use the products.
